This is a private reference site, not a Curry County government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, schedule a visit, pull official booking records, or change a jail or court file. Use the official contacts below for those requests.
Where to Start
Curry County adult jail questions usually begin with the Curry County Adult Detention Center or the public inmate inquiry portal. Sheriff records, countywide IPRA requests, court records, state prison records, federal records, ICE custody, and VINE notifications each use a different official channel.

A written request should include the requester's name, address, phone number, and enough detail to identify the record. Curry County states inspection must be allowed immediately or as soon as practicable, no later than 15 calendar days after receipt. If records are not available within three business days, the county must send a written timing notice.
Choose the channel by custody type or record type. A person in the county jail will not be searched the same way as a sentenced state prisoner, a federal inmate, or an ICE detainee.
- For a person held in the Curry County jail, start with jail inmate records and the Curry County Detention Center Inmate Inquiry.
- For booking photos, use jail roster mugshots and the county IPRA process if the photo is not visible online.
- For charges filed after booking, use court records after a jail arrest and the New Mexico court portals.
- For the local detention facility, use Curry County Adult Detention Center.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, probation case, parole case, or absconder search, use NMCD offender search. NMCD does not cover county jail custody.
- For federal custody or immigration detention, use the BOP inmate locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator System. Those are separate from Curry County.
- For custody-status notifications, use New Mexico VINE online or call VINE at (877) 551-8463.
No official Curry County Sheriff or Clovis Police inmate lookup app was found in the research. The county jail roster, NMCD locator, VINE, BOP, and ICE tools remain the documented search paths.
